Apache Issue Update

For part of May 28th and 29th, all websites were inaccessible for long period of time for a non-server critical issue that cannot be publically disclosed at this time. The reason for the extended period of outage was caused by a staff shortage (due-to out of town travels) and no support ticket or email was sent in to inform other staff member that there was even an issue present.

 

Rest assured that there is no longer a staff shortage and will remain that way for several days as work is done to our Systems over the next few days to prevent the same technical misshape from occurring again in the future and putting in place reliable service tracking monitors to inform our staff at the sign of a problem with any of our services, so that we may be able to correct any issues in a timely and orderly fashion.

After a long and extensive morning the server issue has been corrected and server's kernel has been rebuilt under last known working configuration without a glitch.
